We thought it was time to update you on what's been happening at Slingshot lately, in addition to the recent changes which have been made to our service.
During the past couple of months, you will have hopefully seen a further improvement on the quality of service. This has been achieved after some extensive work by our team to ensure we maximise the network capacity currently available.
A couple of weeks ago we updated our telephone contact details. As you know our service has been designed for smart internet users who don't want to pay for a helpdesk they hardly use. By providing a paid helpdesk facility which you only pay for when you need it, this allows us to continue to offer the very competitive monthly rate of $14.95 per month - at a time when some of our major competitors have lifted their charges. Please find below our new telephone contact details.
Technical Helpdesk
If you would like to speak to a live helpdesk operator, you can call 0900 32843 (0900 DAVID). You will pay $2.00 (incl. GST) per minute for this service.
Our Technical Helpdesk is open during 7am-11pm (Mon-Fri) and 9am-11pm (Sat-Sun).
