Slingshot and complaints

It’s a Better Place at Slingshot, however we understand that sometimes things do go wrong. We value your feedback and this includes any complaints you may have regarding our products or services.

If you would like to register a complaint with Slingshot, there are a few ways you can get in touch:

If you’d prefer to chat about it, dial 0800 89 2000. You’ll reach our contact centre, which is open Monday to Saturday 8am to 10pm, and Sundays 10am to 10pm.
